After you complete your purchase, we will be adding you on Skype or send you an e-mail regarding the details of your boost. You can stay logged in game until the service is started. We won’t interrupt your gameplay.You will be informed before we are logging in your account. We use VPN (IP of your counrty) if service is account shared.
Our boosters will never answer to any of your ingame messages. This will guarantee you to get your boost done without any worry about being revealed.
There are no item level requirements for the Raid boosts. We run your character through and you can come hang out with us while we do the raid or let us play the character to maximize effeciency!
After purchasing a PvE carry when will I get my product?
PvE boosts all depend on the guild you are scheduled with, all of them start on Wednesday and end on Sundays.
If the service provides account management how do I unlock my account?
After you gave us your account data, our booster will try to log onto your account. After that you will receive an e-mail from the Blizzard Entertainment with a notification that your account is temporarily suspended and you have to change your password. In the letter you received there will be a link, wich redirected you to Battle.net site, and there you will be able to reset your password.
After receiving confirmation that the password was reset, you should close Battle.net account and don’t check if the password is working or not. If you would do it, we’ll have to repeat this procedure over again. We want to let you know that sometimes it’s needed to change password two or three times.
As soon as our player can log in onto your account, we’ll contact you again for future details.
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently we accept PayPal, Skrill, Webmoney. But you can use credit cards through PayPal as a guest to purchase.
What is the refund policy?
For more information, please visit our Refund Policy page. Once a service is completed there is no way of receiving refund. If you would like to cancel your order prior to a service’s completion, you can maintain that amount as a credit for a future order (fees/penalties may apply for last minute cancellations). The only way that a refund will be issued is if your service is unable to be completed due to reasons within our control.
How long do I have to wait from when I buy the boost till the run starts?
For Challenge Modes the wait time varies from 0-2 days, depending on the class and if you want it piloted or self-played. For raid boosts, the wait time varies from 0-7 days to ensure that you’re the only one in the raid for the loot you need. While we run 3 raids a week, the demand for this service is very high
What is the Piloting (or Account Sharing)?
You can let our team play the character for you and be done with it fast and smooth.
In which regions do you offer the boosts?
Currently we offer boosts on all EU – Horde, Alliance. Powerleveling boosts are regions free.
